My besties and I planned a small trip to Phuket, Thailand from the 17th – 19th Sept 2009. We booked our tickets via Air Asia, surprisingly, the fare was quite cheap. We each paid RM280 for a return ticket including 3days 2night stay , inclusive of breakfast at Leelawadee Boutique Hotel. =) how cool is that?!

Well, I never really get to travel out of the country with my friends before, so we were all excited over every lil thing. We took the earliest flight possible, which is 7.20am, and book for the latest flight back. *wink*

So we arrived and gathered at LCCT at 5 am.

We checked in and what not. Board the plane, and it was raining that morning.

As usual, I get to sit next to the window.

The flight took about an hour, from Kuala Lumpur to Phuket.

The streets near where we stayed. It was like a dead town during the day.

But at night, full of booze and mat salleh. Didn’t feel like I was in Thailand at all.

It was really nice, new hotel, there fore rooms and every thing were very good. My room even had a mini garden at the back.

We took 3 rooms all together, and my room was in the middle, end up everyone were climbing in and out  =\

as mention the town was pretty dead, no shops were open for lunch. we were all starving.

we walked and walked till we finally reach this lil shack like cafe and had our lunch there.

everything was so expensive but…

it’s worth paying for. we get really authentic and good Thai food. yumm..

after food we went to the nearest 7-Eleven to buy the Thailand all famous Singha and Chang beer.

super cheap. even their Heineken was cheaper than Msia, I wonder why.

First day itself was super fun… It only gets better. Day 2 post coming up in a bit! =D

temperature here has dropped again. during the day on average it was 21 degrees Celsius, now it’s 16.. and night is at 4 Celsius. Que, YunYi and Hanim are in Canberra, i heard the weather there is even colder.

anyways, finally i have resized some pictures so it’s blog ready. =)

oh great.. finally i can move my fingers. my fingers were so frozen that i can’t blog.

been wanting to blog for about a week ago when i reach Australia, but i cannot seem to just sit down and get started. It has been really really cold here. Winter here is crazy.. during the day weather is tolerable, but at night it drops all the way to 6 degrees. whats more crazy is that the locals recommend me eating rock melon topped with cottage cheese, with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper. i am really having a bad tummy ache! =(

i am rolling in pain now. lucky for me i have a hot water bottle on my tummy and a heater in the room.

i have been around for a week plus now. took so many pictures, but haven’t had the time to put it up. here the day seem to be really short… it gets dark around 5 pm (Australian time). sigh sien.

time passed pretty fast. the last i remember was a week of sleepless nights rushing for FYP at jason’s, then submission, then economics, acc and management exam, party so hard till the next day, mamaking then i am on the plan on the way to Gold Coast. Pretty fun being me 

I really can’t take the pain adi. i think i’m gonna stop here, tmr will surely update this dusty blog with a week worth of pictures!!!

i am in  Brisbane now. will be staying here for a month…
won’t be updating me blog as often as i do. internet here is pretty squishy compared to Malaysia’s broadband. =\

i spent all my money.

i have a blardi long list of things to buy and do.

one of it is a bigger memory card for my psp. i came to realize 4G is not enough.

how how u tell me how?!not to forget this is already October. so many of my darlings’ birthday. Have to get something and send over to UK for Michele, a sweet something for Pei Ling(she got licence adi!) and ahemm, buy an “ah moi” for jas0n. >.<”

thank goodness for nuffnang. still got money coming in for me.

anyway, i am having a long break now. done with internship and presentations. honestly i am missing my hectic working life. it has been really shitty but yet i am missing those days. i definitely miss those ppl there. ouh well, i am loving my holiday!

i did so much this holiday. i went taking pictures at Putrajaya all day, went shopping at IKEA, completed and submitted an entry for SKA, volunteered to help out in a NGO event, went Genting theme park, then went Genting again the following week for a drink and come back. finished 2 seasons of Dexter, now on the 3rd one, watched Heroes 3rd season also, and i got to spend a lot of time with my besties… i am a super happie person right now.

We are such spontaneous people. Went up to Genting Highlands on a random weekday.

Ben and Stef was supposed to join us but both had last minute plan. sad. anyway, in the end four of us made it.

The tickets were rather cheap. RM 42 for bus ticket, return, SkyTrain, return also + Theme Park (indoor and outdoor).

i can’t remember when i last took a cable car up there, all i can recall was the ride is super shaky and very very scary. i basically freaked out when i was on it. =\ it is a really good warm up for me, before the roller coasters. *face turns green*

how do u expect me not too. esa got very excited as this was his first time going up Genting, he walked around the gondola and the whole cable car was shaking!!!

when i first walked into the theme park, i told myself, that i SHOULD NOT AND NEVER ride on it, or even so, let anyone bring me on it. i know it is a shame that i still have not go on this stupid thing even though it has been there since forever. but i am really afraid of heights the Space shot.

not once, BUT TWICE!!!! i am amazed myself, that i was smiling in the picture. when the ride started i was screaming my head off. jas0n looked happy and weiming look damn cool. so cool that he could actually take a short nap before the ride started.

i have not been doin anything progressive this past week. after finals all i want to do is just sleep. i think i have been hibernating from monday to friday, then i decided to wake up and meet up with baby jas0n, Sam and Suiteng in Leisure Mall. I can’t remember what we talked about. All i remember was nipples, dick, vagina, teeth and some super heroes. how random and gross.

anyway, i spent Saturday at Mid Valley Gardens. Nothing to do, so me and my bro spent all morning at the directory. it was so cool la. touch screen 1. *jakun jakun* and hor, their premium toilet is like more expensive than KLCC’s. i think their toilet bowl is made outta gold. freaking RM5. this ain’t my first time going there, but i really did not realize how cool the directory board was and how expensive the damn toilet was.

Anyway, we had lunch at Tony Roma coz Justin was making noise about it… he’s been craving for Tony Roma’s.

i am finally typing something here. i have been starring at this empty space on wordpress for about 20 minutes already.

lately i don’t have the mood to do anything, that includes blogging. been super duper busy with things. am not really stressed up yet. the current stress level is digestable still (<– is that even a word?).

CHINESE NEW YEAR 2008

this year, most people did not feel the mood of CNY. mainly because there were not as much CNY songs being played and less deco around town. for me it was as good as jumping in a pool of hot melted chocolate. My CNY was really fun and happening. didn’ t get to take much picture because was so busy spending time with family and friends.

My CNY was full of mandarin oranges, red packets, yee sang, loved ones and decks and decks of poker cards =]

First and second day was just lepaking at grandma’s house. then on the third day i had a small open house. not many friends came this year, coz most of them are abroad doing their final year of diploma. and lately i heard that Nick Koh has just migrated to Sydney. wtf, migrate also never inform. i guess it was really a last minute thing.

my family and i stayed up really late this CNY. we all woke up super early and slept really late.

esp my grandmother, she stay up till 1 am and still standing. i guess we are all too happy that everyone is home on such special day, so everyone felt heavy hearted about going to bed. =) i miss them right now. homesick pulak.

anyway, jas0n’s daddy invited me over for dinner. according to Uncle Aw, he said it’s F A M I L Y dinner. he made me so nervous. i spent 2days to choose what to wear. in the end of the day dear had to come over and pick something for me to wear.
